His most significant managerial experience comes from the Fininvest Group and, which after time was listed on the stock exchange, in the Mediaset Group with positions of responsability in the legal and institutional relations sectors.
Managed the launch, as project leader, of start-ups in the publishing sector. He has held such roles as Board Member and General Manager of the IULM-Mediaset Consortium, an incubator of innovative projects in partnerships with important companies in the publishing and telecommunications sectors.

Carmelo Spinella is Sole Director of GCH Consulting - Kestria Italy and President of the Holding Brotherhood srl. Doctor of Law and Commander of the Italian Republic, he has fourty years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Corporate Organization.
Expert in corporate reorganization, change management and generational transitions, and pre- and post-integration activities, he has held leading roles in Italy and abroad (Top Management - Senior Vice President) in multinationals in different sectors: from transport to insurance, from metalworking to health & well-being, from distribution to products marketing.
Andrea has been working as a specialist in human performance and individual organizational group behaviour, since 1997.
He has a master's degree in economics and commerce and one in psychology, 5 university masters's degrees and various international certifcations and accreditations.
International master trainer, trainer of coaches and trainers, contract university professor of general psychology and social psychology, specialist in performance psychology, organizational well-being and author of 4 books on communication and performance of great intenational success, and co-author of 6 other books.
Andrea is highly appreciated for the speed, depth and effectiveness og his interventions, the result of over twenty years of experience in the field and extensive internationally certified know-how, as well as a multi-perspective that combines economic and organizational aspects with the effectiveness of interventions of change and psychological nature.
