As Project Manager, Clara takes direct responsibility in the management of acquisition projects of the pharma-retail segment. She deals directly with all stakholders involved, from the preliminary steps and during the administrative and negotiation phases until the final closing of the deal and possible follow-up.
Moreover, Clara manages some complex projects within the Innovation Area of M.T.P. srl.

With 25 years of experience and a vast international network, Liliana is an International Executive, expert in the pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetic and food&beverage sectors with consolidated experience in many European markets such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Spain, The Netherlands, Norway, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Turkey and non-European markets such as USA, Canada, Latin America, Russia, China, Singapore, Japan, Australia and Asia Pacific markets in general.
For over 10 years, Liliana has been Managing Director and International General Manager, leading global Country Managers and international teams, of large pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical companies. Previously, she covered international roles in high-calibre organisations, leading the development of strategic partnerships and market access. In the industrial context, Liliana has also held the roles of branch manager, product manager, quality assurance manager and production director. She is also qualified person in pharmaceutical production, doctor in pharmaceutical chemistry and technology and a pharmacist.
Liliana sits as Advisor on corporate boards, putting her expertise to support the business development, the strategic business management, the change management and the organisational culture.
Member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Association, she coordinated the medical devices committee for over seven years and was speaker at many AFI Symposiums. She is also author of medical and marketing publications.
Liliana has been Master professor at Universities of Milan, Federico II of Naples, Pavia and Parma and also professor of CME courses for pharmacists.
Furthermore she has been member of Graduation Committee at universities of Milan, Turin and Genoa.
Liliana has a full understanding of the business dynamics, an innovative mind-set, a strong organisational background and an effective communication style which she puts at the service of entrepreneurs and managers to guide companies towards successful goals.

With over 25 years of experience in the Pharma-Retail segment, Felice has been successfully managing acquisition deals in pharma-retail for 7 years, following both large pharmaceutical chain groups operating nationwide, and small local groups, or even individual Pharmacists.
Its mediating strategy always leads to good satisfation of the parties and to the consistent implementation of growth projects, also thanks to the continuous regulatory, fiscal and financial update which guides stakholders to seize relevant opportunities and achieve strategic corporate and personal goals.
Felice is also Business Partner of SHC Advisor with which he has been following exstraordinary deals in industrial sales and acquisition for some time.
Furthermore, thanks to its network and talent in scounting, he identifies ideal targets for the Client and investors suitable for innovative projects.
